We take the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the platform seriously and aim to maintain practical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.
This page is intended as a public overview of our current approach and controls. It does not replace a signed agreement, customer-specific due diligence, or legal advice.
For detailed questions, security reviews, or enterprise documentation requests, contact hello@saliox.com.
Our security approach is designed to reduce operational risk, protect customer data under our control, and support reliable document-generation workflows.
We aim to restrict production access according to operational need and use account, credential, and environment controls designed to limit unnecessary exposure.
Access to infrastructure and administrative tooling should be limited to authorised personnel and service providers where required.
Data in transit should be protected using HTTPS/TLS where applicable.
Data at rest may be protected using infrastructure-level controls provided by our hosting and storage providers, depending on the relevant system and workflow.
We use logging, monitoring, and service controls intended to support platform reliability, abuse detection, and operational troubleshooting.
We also aim to maintain software updates, dependency hygiene, and environment controls appropriate to the service.
If we become aware of a confirmed security issue affecting customer data, we aim to investigate promptly and take reasonable steps to contain, remediate, and communicate the issue as appropriate.
Customers are responsible for their own application security, credential management, lawful use of the platform, and the way they submit, store, or distribute generated files.
